When signing the ski or snowboard equipment rental contract, the customer can opt for coverage of the risks of damage or theft for a supplement defined according to the following scale: – €2 per day and per person for the equipment adults and teenagers (skis from 1m40) in the green, blue, red, black, miniskis and snow categories – €1 per day and per person for children's equipment for skis from 0.60cm to 100m for the baby and junior categories , junior performance and children's snowboard up to 130 cm This option allows the customer to be exempt, subject to the excess remaining his responsibility, from the obligation to reimburse in the event of damage or theft of the rented equipment. In the latter case, the official declaration of loss or theft to the authorities must be provided by the customer. The store excludes from the guarantee skis damaged off-piste, on rocks or showing abnormal use. The warranty does not include shoes and poles. This acquired exemption always remains accompanied by a deductible calculated on the following basis:
